Processing Time

Some item(s) that are sold on loveevonnayedeisgns.com are made to order. This means once the order is submitted, the items will then be processed and made. The general turnaround time for item(s) to be processed and made are generally no longer than 7 business days. The same processing time applies to items that are not made to order. These times may be extended or delayed due to the following factors:

  1. Receipt of Payment- All orders will start to be processed upon receipt of payment. If the payment has not been received then, orders may be delayed in the production process.
  2. National Disaster- This would include disasters that are affecting the route your package will be traveling on or in and around the area you reside in.
  3. Pandemic (COVID-19)- Unfortunately, we are still feeling the effects in the amount of time of processing and delivery due to the ongoing pandemic
  4. Holiday/Holiday Season- Orders may be delayed for processing with the high demand for the holiday season.

 

From the time that we receive your order, we may not start processing your order until 12-24 hours later. We process orders only during the weekday. This would mean if we receive your order mid to late day on Friday, we may not begin processing your order until Monday or Tuesday the following week. This may also be delayed again if the weekend or the next business day is a holiday.

 

Shipping Methods and Discounts

Currently, we offer standard shipping for all our products. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Each item has a different shipping cost based upon its weight and or size. Your total shipping costs will be provided to you at the time of checkout. Shipping time frames for standard shipping can be 7 days at a minimum and expedited can be 3 days minimum to be delivered to your home. Your shipping location, the current season (holiday), weather, and pandemic can affect these delivery times.

 

Shipping Locations & International Shipping

At this time Evonnaye Designs is only shipping to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the USVI.

**Please Note: Evonnaye Designs does not pay for any additional customs, duties, or taxes on orders that may be held by customs.

Lost or Stolen In Transit

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers must file a claim with USPS or any other shipping affiliates that were used to deliver your order.

Holiday Related Information

To receive your holiday orders before Christmas, orders must be placed as soon as possible. With COVID-19, online shopping has increased. It is expected this year that holiday order processing times and delivery times may be delayed and or extended.
